THE MANUFACTURING PROCESS
PHASE 1: SOLID WOOD FRAME
A precision-cut solid wood frame with top rail, bottom rail, and stiles ensures structural integrity and load-bearing capacity.
PHASE 2: CORE FILLING
The frame is reinforced with MDF, HDMR, or Hollow-Core Board, enhancing stability, acoustic insulation, and impact resistance.
PHASE 3: CORE SHEET
A high-pressure bonded core sheet (HDF, Plywood, or Veneer) ensures surface uniformity, durability, and tensile strength.
PHASE 4: FINISHING
A high-pressure laminate (HPL) or wood veneer is bonded using industrial-grade adhesives, ensuring moisture resistance and a flawless finish.
